Do I need to pay upfront?
You don’t need to pay anything upfront. You will only pay a fee if your claim is successful, and we win your case. How much you pay will depend on the type and value of your claim and we will discuss this with you before you instruct us. We are clear about the fees you will pay and there are no hidden charges.
Will I have to pay anything if my claim is unsuccessful?
We will act for you on a no win no fee agreement which means that you will not have to pay anything. The only exception is if you have deliberately lied about the circumstances of the accident or the extent of your injuries.
Will I have to fund my case?
Typically we will suggest you take out an insurance policy to cover the cost of running your case. The cost of medical experts, expert witnesses, legal proceedings can easily run into thousands of pounds so rather than ask you to pay anything upfront we suggest an insurance policy where the premium is deducted from your compensation when we win your claim.
