Easthams named top in UK for customer feedback
The independent legal review website ReviewSolicitors this week announced that Easthams Solicitors were ranked as the best practice in the country for customer feedback.
ReviewSolicitors is a platform that helps law firms collect, respond to, and publish online reviews. The platform is dedicated to the legal sector and helps a customer research a firm and make an informed decision about a law firm’s services before choosing who to use. The ReviewSolicitors platform is used by more than 2,500 law firms including many of the country’s biggest firms.
The ranking is predominately based on reviews collected in the last 12 months on the platform but also takes into account accreditations, experience and size. A firm’s disciplinary record is also considered.
We are very proud to achieve this recognition and we believe it reflects on the hard work our team puts into each matter. For the first time selling a property, Easthams Solicitors made it so much easier. They deflected a lot of unnecessary and irrelevant questions from the buyers solicitors which would have taken longer to get the sale done. They also advised me on matters that were important in amidst the pages of paperwork bringing to my attention the main parts.
